BIM data-linked CNC intelligent nesting cutting line is officially put into operation, optimizing steel plate layout to reduce raw material waste, realizing high-precision blanking for heavy box girders and H-beams, empowering lean and low-carbon prefabricated production.
Hebei Rucheng Construction Group has completed commissioning and official operation of the new intelligent CNC nesting cutting production line in the heavy steel workshop. Different from traditional manual layout cutting, this equipment is seamlessly connected with our BIM deepening design system, which can automatically calculate the optimal nesting layout for steel plates of various thicknesses and grades, greatly lifting the utilization rate of raw steel materials and cutting comprehensive production costs for export orders.
The production line supports dual-process cutting of flame and plasma, which can process high-strength thick plates and thin plates for industrial parks, storage canopies and bridge steel structures. Every piece of blanked component will bind unique coding information, synchronizing processing dimensions, material certificates and inspection records into the factory quality management platform to realize full lifecycle traceability.
