In line with the new stage of development, Rucheng Construction Group has officially released its medium- to long-term development plan, clearly outlining its core strategy of “focusing on prefabricated construction, steel structures, and green construction.” The plan proposes that in the future, the company will continue to increase investment in research and development, strengthen its core competitive advantages in steel structures and prefabricated construction, expand its smart production bases, and increase annual steel structure production capacity to 300,000 tons; It also calls for deepening the application of BIM technology and digital construction sites to promote the integration of smart and green construction; actively implementing the “dual carbon” strategy by developing low-carbon construction technologies and establishing green factories and green construction sites; and expanding into high-end residential construction, municipal infrastructure, and large-scale venues to consolidate its national market presence.
