This project is a single-story steel structure factory building primarily used for the processing of mining machinery parts. It is classified as a Class C fire hazard facility. The building measures 159.57 meters in length and 79.69 meters in width, with a total floor area of 12,047.49 square meters and a height of 17.2 meters. The project was designed and constructed in strict accordance with high standards. The building’s safety rating is Class II, with a design service life of 50 years and seismic resistance up to Seismic Intensity 7. Additionally, energy-saving design requirements for Class II industrial buildings were fully implemented, comprehensively meeting the safety, practicality, and sustainability demands of overseas industrial production.
