Showcasing Expertise: Delivering a Landmark Arch Bridge for Hebei Infrastructure Project
Release time:
20 Nov,2025
We are constructing a landmark 144-meter steel arch bridge for a key municipal infrastructure project in Hebei's Xinglong Economic Development Zone, showcasing our expertise in complex bridge engineering.
This project underscores our capability and strong reputation in undertaking major government-backed engineering works. We are not just builders of structures; we are creators of complex, critical connections that drive regional growth.
Engineering a Landmark Bridge
The new bridge, a single-span 144-meter concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge, will elegantly cross the Liu River. With a calculated span of 140 meters, it represents a substantial and technically demanding feat of civil engineering.
The steel structure, fabricated entirely by our team, showcases our advanced technical capabilities:
- Main Arch Ribs & Wind Bracing: Constructed from high-performance Q355E steel.
- Main Arch Ribs: Fabricated from 750mm diameter steel tubes.
- Main Arch Ties: Utilized 350mm diameter steel tubes.
- Wind Bracing: Employed 550mm diameter tubes for the main members and 200mm tubes for the bracing ties.
- Steel Cross Beams: All 52 beams are made from Q355E steel plate, contributing to a total steel structure weight of approximately 1,500 tons.
This project is a powerful testament to our diverse capabilities. From commercial and industrial buildings to highly specialized and complex bridge steel structures, we possess the expertise to deliver large-scale, precision-engineered projects from the ground up.
Successfully executing such a key municipal project for a government client solidifies our position as a trusted partner for public infrastructure development.
Pushing the boundaries of construction? Whether it's a complex bridge or a large-scale industrial facility, we have the expertise to deliver.
