Aosen Workshop Project: Lattice Columns Move Through Assembly, Welding & Painting
Release time:

Our team’s wrapping up assembly, welding, and painting for the lattice columns of Aosen Group’s workshop—this batch is prepped to keep the phased steel structure build on track.
Over at the factory, the lattice columns for Aosen Group’s production workshop are moving through their key steps: assembly, welding, and painting. Let’s break these steps down quick (since these steps make or break the columns’ strength):
- First up: assembly—we’re fitting the column’s steel parts (like the main beams and diagonal braces you see in the photos) together, making sure every piece lines up just right so the column can hold the workshop’s weight later.
- Then welding: Our crew’s firing up the welders to fuse those parts solid. You can spot the sparks in the shots—this step locks everything in place, so the column doesn’t wiggle or weaken once it’s installed. We check every weld to make sure it’s tough enough for the job.
- Last (but super important): painting (you’ll see the teal-colored column in the last pic). This isn’t just for looks—we slather on a protective coat to keep the steel from rusting, whether it’s sitting in storage, getting shipped, or out in the elements at the workshop site.
Since this is a big project, we’re doing this in batches—so each set of lattice columns is ready exactly when the on-site team needs them. This batch is just about done and will head out soon to join the rest of the structure.
