Project Location: Qinglongshan Industrial Park, Wu'an Industrial Park, Handan City, Hebei Province.
Project Content: Including steel structure fabrication and installation work for the main office building, comprehensive service building and other supporting facilities and buildings, covering all the contents of steel structure engineering construction.Structural Features
Structural Type: Common steel structure systems such as steel frame structure or steel frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure may be used to meet the large space and multi-functional needs of the office area. The steel frame structure has the advantages of high strength, light weight, good seismic performance, and can provide flexible space layout; the steel frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure performs better in lateral force resistance and is suitable for taller buildings.
Component Selection: The main load-bearing components such as steel columns and steel beams are likely to use H-shaped steel, C-shaped steel and other cross-sectional forms. These steels have good mechanical properties and economy and can effectively bear loads. For example, H-shaped steel has advantages in bearing bending moment and shear force, and can be used as the main frame beam and column component; C-shaped steel is often used for secondary components such as purlins, which can improve the overall stability of the structure.
Connection method: The connection methods of steel structure mainly include welding, bolt connection and riveting. In this project, the appropriate connection method may be selected according to different components and stress conditions. High-altitude work: Buildings such as the main office building may have a certain height. A large number of high-altitude operations are involved in the installation of steel structures. Effective safety protection measures need to be taken to ensure the safety of construction workers, while increasing the difficulty and risk of construction.
