Project overview:The total investment of the project is 400 million yuan. The main contents are: plant factory and seedling R&D center, cloud wisdom cold chain logistics distribution center, clean vegetable primary processing and sorting and packaging center, biological organic fertilizer engineering center, digital party building and modern agricultural science and technology demonstration center and other projects, plant factory and seedling R&D center construction: planned to cover an area of 1,800 acres, and build a 1 million square meter full-environment intelligent film (imported materials) multi-span greenhouse.
1. Construction of Digital Party Building and Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Center: construction area of 8,400 square meters, total investment of 84 million yuan;
2. Talent Apartment and Reception Center: construction area of 7,900 square meters, total investment of 39.5 million yuan;
3. Construction of Cloud Smart Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center, Clean Vegetable Deep Processing and Sorting and Packaging Center, and Bio-organic Fertilizer Center: construction area of 19,000 square meters, total investment of 114 million yuan;
4. Construction of Plant Factory and Seedling R&D Center: construction area of 8,930 square meters, total investment: 27 million yuan;
5. Full-environment Intelligent Film (Imported Materials) Multi-span Greenhouse: construction area of 200,000 square meters, total investment of 140 million yuan.
